Equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, egg beater, double boiler

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 – 5 eggs
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoon mustard
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Beat eggs and add all dry ingredients, then mix with heated water and vinegar.
- Cook in double boiler until thick.
Fine for potato or egg salad, or on fresh tomatoes!
