Equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, egg beater, double boiler

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 – 5 eggs
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Beat eggs and add all dry ingredients, then mix with heated water and vinegar.
  3. Cook in double boiler until thick.

Fine for potato or egg salad, or on fresh tomatoes!
