Equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, shaker, strainer

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounce broken ice
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • 4 teaspoon Italian vermouth
  • 4 tsbp French vermouth
  • 1/4 cup gin
  • 1 small piece lemon peel
  • 1 slice lemon

Directions:

  1. Shake well and strain into glasses.
  2. Serve with a slice of lemon on top of each.
