Equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, shaker, strainer

Ingredients:
- 8 ounce broken ice
- 2 dashes absinthe
- 4 teaspoon Italian vermouth
- 4 tsbp French vermouth
- 1/4 cup gin
- 1 small piece lemon peel
- 1 slice lemon
Directions:
- Shake well and strain into glasses.
- Serve with a slice of lemon on top of each.
