Ingredients
12oz340g pasta of your choice
2clovesgarlicminced
1/2cup(120ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4cup(60g) unsalted butter
1/2cup(120g) heavy cream
1tsp(5g) lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of the pasta water, then drain and set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Pour in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
Add the heavy cream and whisk until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and toss until the pasta is well coated in the lemon sauce. Add the reserved pasta water if needed.
