  • Whisk or electric mixer
  • Measuring cups (1 cup and 1/4 cup)
  • Measuring spoons (tablespoon and teaspoon)
  • Rubber spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, orange juice, honey, Dijon mustard, grated ginger, and salt until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If too thick, add a little water. If too thin, add a little more yogurt.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, stir in the chopped fresh mint leaves, if using.
  • Serve chilled over your favorite fruit salad.
