Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups water
  • 6 tea bags black tea
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  • Add the tea bags, let it steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags, add sugar, and whisk until it dissolves.
  • Allow the tea to cool.
  • Once cooled, add the fresh lemon juice.
  • Pour the tea into a pitcher, add lemon slices and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Serve in glasses over ice cubes.
