  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca root powder
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter such as peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for added sweetness
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.
  • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, almond milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, maca root powder, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of maca powder for an extra boost of sensuality. Serve Immediately.
