Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops about 1 lb / 450 g total weight
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for brushing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Thread pork chops onto wooden skewers, if desired, or lay flat in a large skillet or griddle.
  • In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, turning to coat evenly. Let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
  • Brush grills or skillet with vegetable oil. Season pork chops with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
  • Grill pork chops for 5-7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), depending on thickness of meat.
  • Transfer to a plate and rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
