Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup taro powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup cooked tapioca pearls

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the taro powder, sugar, and boiling water. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the milk and ice cubes to the blender. Blend until the mixture is frothy.
  • Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass.
  • Add the cooked tapioca pearls to the glass.
  • Insert a bubble tea straw and enjoy!
