- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions about 4-5 scallions
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients
Chop the scallions finely and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
Gradually add the vegetable oil and warm water to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces.
Step 2: Roll out the dough
Roll out each piece of dough into a thin circle, about 1/8 inch thick.
Brush the surface of each circle with a little bit of vegetable oil.
Sprinkle a few pinches of chopped scallions onto the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over the scallions to form a half-moon shape, and press the edges together to seal.
Step 3: Heat the skillet and fry the pancakes
