- 1 cup green beans trimmed

- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Preparation (20 minutes)
Cut the veal into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
