Equipment

  • A large pitcher or jug with a lid
  • A cutting board
  • A knifeA strainer or cheesecloth
  • A few glasses.

Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 liter of water 35.2 liq ounces

Instructions
 

  • Fill the pitcher with water and add the sliced cucumbers, mint leaves, and juiced lemons. Stir well.
  • Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Before serving, stir in the chopped rosemary and strain the mixture into individual glasses. Discard solids.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
