- 4-5 medium cucumbers peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 liter of water 35.2 liq ounces
Fill the pitcher with water and add the sliced cucumbers, mint leaves, and juiced lemons. Stir well.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, stir in the chopped rosemary and strain the mixture into individual glasses. Discard solids.
