Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds per person
  • 1 cup of water per person

Instructions
 

  • Begin by heating water in a measuring cup or kettle.
  • While the water is heating, place a coffee filter in the bottom of a wide-mouth mason jar.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds per person onto the filter.
  • Once the water has reached a boil, slowly pour it over the coffee grounds in the mason jar.
  • Allow the coffee to steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  • After steeping, remove the filter and discard the grounds.
  • Pour the coffee into a cup and add desired sweeteners or creamers, if using.
