Ingredients
  

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs peeled
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon dill seeds

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except eggs in a saucepan, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add the peeled hard-boiled eggs to the jar, pour hot liquid over them ensuring they are fully submerged in the pickling liquid.
  • Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 days before consuming.
  • To serve, drain the eggs and slice them into quarters. Enjoy!
