Perfect Cocktail
Equipment: measuring cups, measuring spoons, shaker, strainer Ingredients: 8 ounce broken ice 2 dashes absinthe 4 teaspoon Italian vermouth 4 tsbp French vermouth 1/4 cup gin 1 small piece lemon peel 1 slice lemon Directions: Shake well and strain into glasses. Serve with a slice of lemon on top of each.
